What we are looking for
You should be on course for a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, studying to (or committed to converting to for internships) Master’s level for engineering programmes. We’re looking for people who are confident, enthusiastic and full of ideas about how we can do things even better. Meanwhile, your strong communication skills will have been honed through well-rounded experiencesv – at university, socially and through any
work situations. Flexibility is important too, especially in terms of your working location.
