This rewarding role is to join the team responsible for pre- and post-sales support, consultancy and documentation for an innovative CAD / geometric modelling product suite - supporting both the customers and the software engineers who are developing complex software systems using these products.
The work is technically challenging and frequently requires in-depth investigation, often in collaboration with the development team.
You should have a good degree in a numerate discipline backed by strong analytical and problem solving skills along with exposure to a range of programming languages / platforms. Previous commercial experience gained within a software support environment would also be an obvious advantage.
Excellent written / spoken communication and team working skills are essential along with good time management skills and an ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms - including the ability to present technical information to customers and clients.
