They are focusing heavily on the research & development of electronics manufacturing solutions, particularly in the areas of Semiconductors, Module Packaging, and PCB/Circuit boards. As a result, they have multiple vacancies in their state-of-the-art Coventry HQ, aimed at experienced Electronics Process Engineers who have had extensive experience as a Development or Research Engineer within Electronics.
Working very closely with the clients, customers, and sometimes board-level employees, this organisation have developed a wide range of novel products which are all designed in house by talented electronics design engineers, in conjunction with their partner organisations.

To be considered for the role of Electronics - Design/Development Research Engineer you need the following experience:
- A 2.1 or 1st class honours degree in Electronics (or possibly Applied Physics or other closely related subject).
- Extensive experience in R&D particularly in the areas of Component/Module Packaging, or PCB/Circuit boards (lead-free solder is what they focus on here)
- Project proposal, reporting, and management experience
- Manufacturing standards experience - ISO knowledge, able to read CAD
- Excellent communicator - confident, innovative, enthused
- Must have unconditional right to work in the UK
Job Level - Senior and Experienced Electronics Research or Process Engineers only.
